By B Stalbaum
These chairs did match my antique oak chairs so they look good together. I only had four antique chairs so these made six and they were needed. There are two things that I was not impressed with. For the amount of shipping that I paid for each ($90. to $100. each) I was shocked at how I received them. They were in a cardboard box. (period) Granted it was a large box but it was crushed so the wood is brused in three places on one and four places on the other chair. There wasn't anything wrapped around the edges to prevent this. Also they are glued poorly so I'll need to reglue and repair them.

By Nancy on Staten Island
I love the design of this chair and it goes well with the other wooden items in my kitchen. The seat is relatively high so it is easier for my brother to get up from it than from the chair he used to use. The service was fantastic - I ordered the chair on 1/11 and it was delivered to my door on 1/17 by UPS covered with protective wrapping and well-packed in a large carton.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the first 4 chairs I ordered, that I ordered 2 more. They arrived yesterday and the spindles were cut too short. One chair had spindles sticking out in back of chair seat not even lined up with holes. My husband pounded them to front with his hand and now they are lined up over holes but too short to go in. He thinks he can adjust them further. All 6 were built by International Concepts.
