I got this set for my boyfriends apartment. It fits perfectly in his small dining area off from the kitchen. It is of a solid make. Several of his larger friends have sat in the chairs and have had no problems. The set is made of metal and a wood finished top so it has a nice manly touch but a woman can also enjoy. It seats 4 people comfortably. Definitely recommend to those with a small dining area in their apartment!

Purchased this set 1/2013. Arrived very fast. Assembly was very easy. Table and stools are very sturdy and cosmetically pleasing. Would recommend this for anyone with a small dining room space.

Bought this as a gift for my son and his fiancé. It fits perfect in small kitchen area. It's tough and it's cozy.
