Just ordered this table as it looked nice in pic and was affordable. I knew it was fake marble but at least expected it to be a more plastic-like finish rather than a cheap particle board. It is very small and my table arrived damaged with a deep gash chip in the corner. Stools were also missing assembly screws. It wasn't worth it, I rather have spent $50 more to get a sturdier table. Don't want to go through the hassle of un-assembling and packaging for return. Hope it lasts a year.
Wouldn't recommend.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice smaller table yet big enough to be functional. It is much prettier than expected! I thought since it was "faux" marble it would be ok and maybe cheap looking. But it is SO nice! I LOVE it! It was kind of difficult to put together as the instructions were pretty vague but with some help of a friend and also a video that the seller sent me it was a piece of cake! Also, one other hiccup was there were 4 missing wood plugs, not essential to putting it together, but to plug the holes of where the screws go in the stools. They sent them to me, and then the post office made me pay $1.50 for lacking postage...the seller not only apologized and refunded for that cost but gave me $10 back! So gracious! GREAT product, GREAT GREAT price and GREAT GREAT GREAT customer service! Thank you FurnitureMaxx! (Anna was the rep who helped me, thank you Anna!)

Although this may not be the sellers fault; the table was delivered with a big crack in the wood on one of the ends. It was probably thrown around a bit too much or got hit really hard against something causing the big crack! So I was pretty bummed about that, :( but it was not really worth the time and energy to send it back and try again!
In addition, it looks as though the faux marble is really just a sheet of paper with heavy polyurethane over it, but this is essentially what we expected after reading through some other reviews.
However, it still looks really nice in my kitchen and the color/pattern matches very well to the marble top dining set in the dining room (and it is much lighter to move around, which is a plus)!!
You won't be able to find anything better for the price; so aside from the damage, I am overall happy with the product.
